The purpose of this project is to launch the “CDC Quality Improvement and Coordinated Care Project: A Partnership with Goshen Medical Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Southeastern North Carolina” through a subcontract with the UNC School of Nursing (UNC-CH SON). This is a collaboration between the Governor’s Institute, and UNC-CH SON to improve access to safe, quality driven coordinated health care for individuals in rural or medically underserved areas in NC with comorbid physical and BH disorders including chronic pain and addiction.
